Hyperfocus Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for Hyperfocus purchases.
Purchases of Hyperfocus are processed by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's checkout, billing, tax, and refund handling rules may apply in addition to this Policy.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To prevent fraud or abuse, refund requests may require verification of the Paddle order.
Refunds are processed through Paddle back to the original payment method where possible.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through Paddle at paddle.net or by contacting us at dmts@hyperfocus.in.
When contacting us, include the email address used for purchase, purchase date, order ID if available, and a short explanation so we can help locate the Paddle order.
4. Subscriptions and Renewals
If Hyperfocus offers subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals. Renewal charges may be eligible for refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee or where required by law.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually submitted through Paddle within 5-10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or Paddle may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Taxes, Fees, and Exchange Rates
Refunds may exclude non-refundable taxes, Paddle fees, currency conversion costs, or bank fees where allowed by law.
If your payment was made in a different currency, the refund amount may vary due to exchange rates or provider fees.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. We may suspend access to paid features while a chargeback is pending.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, cooling-off, warranty, or consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.
